Chudapal Holds for Nearly a Triple Up

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

There was a three-way all in on a flop reading {9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and it was Konstantinos Tsirakidis with the shortest stack of around 24,000. Siarhei Chudapal was all in for 31,800 and Thomas Hofmann had both players covered.

Siarhei Chudapal: {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Thomas Hofmann: {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Konstantinos Tsirakidis: {q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

Chudapal was in front with his pocket jacks but there were plenty of cards he needed to dodge. The {3-Clubs} on the river gave Hofmann a flush draw but the {2-Spades} on the river bricked off as Chudapal held on. Tsirakidis was sent to the rail while Chudapal nearly tripled his stack.

Li Makes Aidonopoulos Fold

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

Tsan Wa Li limped in from under the gun and then called the 1,600 raise of Theodoros Aidonopoulos in the cutoff.

They both checked through the {j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop and the {8-Clubs} on the turn to the {4-Hearts} on the river. Li bet 2,300 and Aidonopoulos took one more look at his cards before folding them.

Huber Spikes a Set

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

Adolf Huber opened to 1,300 from early position and was called by Tal Noach just a couple of seats over. The action folded to the big blind who shoved all in for 7,800 and both Huber and Noach called.

The flop fell {7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and Huber was first to act, tossing in a bet of 11,800. Noach called and the {a-Hearts} landed on the turn. Huber shipped all in and Noach instantly mucked his cards.

Huber tabled {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs} for a set of sevens while the big blind tabled {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}. The river was the {k-Diamonds} and Huber scooped the entire pot, moving to nearly 80,000 and eliminating his opponent.

Lalwani Doubles Through Garcia

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Rakesh Lalwani raised to 1,100 from under the gun and Federic Femont called in the hijack. Cord Garcia three-bet to 4,500 from the cutoff and action folded back to Lalwani who four-bet to 16,100. Femonth quickly folded, Garcia shoved and Lalwani snap-called with the shorter stack.

Rakesh Lalwani: {Q-Spades}{Q-Hearts}
Cord Garcia: {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}

The board ran out {8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{j-Spades} for a board to come on the table to connect with Lalwani's queens for the higher straight to double up for the 30,400 he had behind.

Feud Between Clinkscales and Moshe Fires Up the Room

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante
Rex Clinkscales
Rex Clinkscales

A lot of commotion occurred at Table 99 and the brunt of it was between Rex Clinkscales and Asi Moshe. Moshe and Rafi Elharar recently played a pot with each other and Clinkscales suggested that Moshe and Elharar were colluding. He asked the floorman to keep an eye on the table, and Moshe didn't take the accusation lightly.

The two started to get into an argument with curse words just rolling off their tongues. Clinkscales took it as far as threatening Moshe and wanting to fight outside. The floorman separated both players and pulled them away from the table. The banter continued off the table and the tournament director was eventually called over to defuse the situation.

Once cooler heads prevailed, Moshe was allowed to return to his seat while Clinkscales was given a round penalty. Since then, the table has been broken and everyone was moved to separate tables to avoid any further altercation.
