Martin Kabrhel and Ivan Leow have been doing all of the preflop raising and they have yet to receive any resistance from the other players at the table. Finally, when the action folded to Leow, he raised to 700,000 in the small blind and Kabrhel called from the big blind.
The flop came 
and Leow led out for another 700,000. Kabrhel still called and the 
landed on the turn. Leow shipped all in for a little over 2,000,000 and Kabrhel quickly folded.
