Badziakouski and Grospellier Collide Twice

Level 10 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Bertrand Grospellier
Bertrand Grospellier

Bertrand Grospellier open-shipped all in for 375,000 from under the gun and the action folded around to Mikita Badziakouski in the big blind who made the call. Grospellier showed {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} which was dominating Badziakouski's {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. The board ran out {k-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades}{10-Spades}{3-Clubs} and Grospellier doubled up.

A few hands later, Daniel Pidun raised to 130,000 and Badziakouski shoved all in for nearly a starting stack. Grospellier also stuck in the last of his 650,000 chips and the rest of the table folded including Pidun.

Mikita Badziakouski: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Bertrand Grospellier: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}

The flop of {j-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{8-Hearts} gave Badziakouski a commanding lead with a set of nines. The {9-Clubs} on the turn sealed the deal as Badziakouski made quads to eliminate Grospellier.
