Bubble Pressure from Filatov

Level 15 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Anatoly Filatov raised to 505,000 in middle position and Christoph Vogelsang defended from the big blind.

"You didn't change your glasses," Filatov pointed out. "Must mean you have a bad hand."

"Wait until the flop comes," Vogelsang responded.

The flop came {6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Vogelsang check-called a bet of 700,000 from Filatov. The turn was the {9-Spades} and Vogelsang checked again. Filatov fired out another 2,100,000 and Vogelsang called.

The river was the {7-Hearts} and Vogelsang checked once more. Filatov sized up a bet of 5,600,000.

"Why do you leave me with one million, instead of just going for it all?" Vogelsang questioned. The German used up a total of three time extensions on the hand but ultimately decided to send his cards to the muck.
