Macesovic Busts Lisandro

Level 12 : 800/1,600, 0 ante
Irena Macesovic
Irena Macesovic

Irena Macesovic was on the button and three-bet Jeffrey Lisandro's open from the cutoff position. Lisandro called and they both went to the {10-Spades}{9-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop.

Lisandro check-shoved after Macesovic's continuation bet to 21,000 and she called rather quickly.

Jeffrey Lisandro: {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{4-Spades}
Irena Macesovic: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{8-Spades}

Both the pocket pair and the flush draw in Macesovic's hand was better than Lisandro's and she locked the pot after the {6-Spades} on the turn. The {10-Clubs} on the river was a formality and Lisandro is out, while Macesovic is up to 250,000 chips.

Dotan Sibin: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}

The board ran out {10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and Lisandro departed from the field.

Brunner Doubles Up

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

A big pot unfolded between Marcel Brunner and Vangelis Kaimakamis, with the flop showing {10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. Kaimakamis had and Brunner had shoved for 75,000 chips. The action was back to the Greek player who called and they opened their cards.

Vangelis Kaimakamis: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Marcel Brunner: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}

Brunner needed a diamond, a queen or a ten to take the lead and he found it on the {j-Diamonds} of the turn. Kaimakamis was already drawing dead and the {3-Hearts} just completed the board on the river.

Bojang Busts; Obermeier Up to 170k

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 0 ante

A massive three-way all in resulted in Ismael Bojang hitting the rail, while Sebastian Obermeier won the pot to build one of the biggest stacks of the field. Mikko Hirvonen opened the action with a raise to 2,500 from middle position, Obermeier called from the hijack, Bojang followed from the button, and Markus Kuhnen popped it up to 15,000 from the big blind.

Hirvonen folded, Obermeier announced all in, Bojang called the all in with the smaller stack and Kuhnen called too.

Ismael Bojang: {q-Spades}{9-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
Sebastian Obermeier: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{2-Spades}
Markus Kuhnen: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{3-Hearts}

The board ran out {j-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Obermeier sent Bojang to the rail, while Kuhnen lost a big part of his stack.
