Back and Forth for Hui

Level 5 : 200/300, 0 ante

Phillip Hui lost a pot but then he recovered by doubling up. At first he lost against Andrey Polshkov in a {7-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop where Hui was holding {a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Polshkov had {9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}. The turn was the {8-Spades} and the river the {2-Spades} with Polshkov hitting a straight to double up.

A couple of hands later, Hui doubled up in a {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop, where he was holding {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{10-Spades}{9-Hearts} against his opponent's {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}. The {k-Diamonds} on the turn and the {q-Spades} on the river gave him a straight for his own double up.
