Di Persio Eliminated by Slabyk

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Taras Slabyk
Taras Slabyk

In a battle of the blinds, Matteo Di Persio ended up at risk before the flop and was covered by Taras Slabyk out of the big blind.

Matteo Di Persio: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}
Taras Slabyk: {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}{10-Hearts}{10-Spades}

The {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop gave Slabyk a wrap and he improved thanks to the {k-Spades} turn. Di Persio had outs with his set of kings but the {7-Hearts} river failed to pair the board, sending the Italian out in 40th place.

Magott From Hero to Zero

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Krzysztof Magott
Krzysztof Magott

Ken Beckers raised four-bet potted against the Taras Slabyk and Krzysztof Magott. The latter had already made it 160,000 to go when Beckers essentially pushed all-in. Slabyk went out of the way and Magott then sigh-jammed.

Ken Beckers: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{2-Clubs}
Krzysztof Magott: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{2-Hearts}

"Too much gamble, maybe I hit" Magott said when the cards were turned over. He turned a set on {q-Clubs}{9-Spades}{6-Spades}{j-Spades} but the {7-Clubs} river kept Beckers in the lead with the nut flush. The stacks were counted and Magott's 618,000 were covered by a small margin.

Faller Falls to Magott

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Taras Slabyk forfeited a reraise when Krzysztof Magott potted over the top and Oliver Faller was caught in the crossfire to get his chips in before the flop.

Oliver Faller: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Krzysztof Magott: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{8-Hearts}

The {k-Spades}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades}{8-Clubs}{2-Clubs} board gave Magott two pair and Faller was sent to the rail after his aces failed to hold up.

Eldabach Loses It All to Zerjav

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Dorel Eldabach
Dorel Eldabach

With some 170,000 in the middle to the {j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts} turn, Blaz Zerjav check-raised the pot against Dorel Eldabach and got it in for 527,000 for Eldabach to call.

Blaz Zerjav: {9-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Hearts}
Dorel Eldabach: {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}

"You call with that?" Eldabach inquired when the showdown unfolded. Zerjav spiked the {9-Diamonds} on the river to double into a massive stack.

Shortly after, Eldabach had an open-ended straight draw with {x-}{x-}{9-Spades}{8-Clubs} on the {10-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} turn and got there on the {j-Diamonds} river. However, he was already drawing dead by then as Zerjav's {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{7-Diamonds} had made sevens full of tens.

Double Knockout for Obadia

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Nikolaos Lampropoulos: {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
Yves Kupfermunz: {a-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}
Jose Obadia: {9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts}

The {6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{8-Spades} board gave Obadia two pair and that spelled the end for Lampropoulos and Kupfermunz.

Munkhbayar Nyamsuren
Munkhbayar Nyamsuren

Munkhbayar Nyamsuren raised to 35,000 with some 45,000 behind. Saulius Tumosa then called and Martin Kabrhel three-bet the pot. Nyamsuren called all-in, Tumosa tanked and got it in against Kabrhel as well who was at risk for 262,000.

Munkhbayar Nyamsuren: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{8-Clubs}
Martin Kabrhel: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{5-Hearts}
Saulius Tumosa: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

The aces of Karbhel held on the {8-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{5-Spades} board and he sent Nyamsuren to the payout desk while doubling through Tumosa.
