Vadim Zakharyan
Vadim Zakharyan

On a flop of {q-}{j-Hearts}{8-}, the stacks of Vadim Zakharyan and Richard Toth went into the middle with the former as the player at risk.

Vadim Zakharyan: {q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}
Richard Toth: {10-}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{8-}

Zakharyan had the gutshot at his disposal but the {5-Hearts} turn now also gave Toth a flush draw on top with the dominating bottom set. The {j-Spades} river improved Toth to a full house and Zakharyan was eliminated in 20th place.

Patrik Jaros Eliminated in 19th Place (€4,179)

Level 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Patrik Jaros
Patrik Jaros

Patrik Jaros under the gun opened to 24,000 and was called by Omid Novin on the button, Ian Bradley,in the small blind and Amir Mozaffarian in the big blind.

Both the blinds checked on the {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{10-Diamonds} flop and Jaros bet 100,000 which left him with around 80,000 behind.

Novin folded, Bradley potted before Mozaffarian folded. Bradley then exposed his cards before Jaros had officially called.

The floorman was called as the table explained that Jaros made a forward motion which may have contributed to Bradley exposing his cards early. A ruling was made that Jaros would have to call in and then his hand was exposed.

Patrik Jaros: {j-Spades}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}
Ian Bradley: {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}

Jaros had flopped a straight, however it was inferior to the Broadway straight held by Bradley.

The {5-Hearts} turn and {q-Diamonds} river sealed Jaros' fate and he was eliminated in 19th place.

Omid Novin

Yet another contest between Ian Bradley and Omid Novin emerged and this time they got it in after the {10-Spades}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop when Novin check-raised the pot and then called it off for what appeared to be around 700,000 in chips.

Omid Novin: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}
Ian Bradley: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades}

Novin was ahead with the middle set but Bradley had a ton of equity with the nut flush draw, open ender and second back door flush draw.

The {5-Spades} turn instantly improved Bradley to the nut flush and the {k-Clubs} river sent Novin to the rail in 15th place. He collects €4,754 for the efforts while Bradley has taken over the lead by some margin.

Richard Toth

Over on the outer table, Alan Sabo raised from under the gun and was called by Richard Toth in the cutoff. The flop brought {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} and Sabo checked his option. Toth bet 75,000 and then faced the check-raise for the size of the pot by Sabo. The Hungarian moved all-in and big stack Sabo called instantly.

Richard Toth: {k-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}
Alan Sabo: {j-Hearts}{j-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Hearts}

Toth was ahead with the nut straight but the {8-Diamonds} turn improved Sabo to jacks full of eights. That left Toth with just the case eight for quads as the sole out and the miracle never happened on the {a-Diamonds} river. After his deep run in Event #2: €550 Pot-Limit Omaha, Toth finished in 11th place for €6,632 this time.
