Kim Only Needs Two Barrels

Gab Yong Kim made it 10,000 to go on the button and was called by Ben Heath in the big blind.

Following a flop of 6♠5♥2♥, Heath opted to check and then called Kim's continuation bet worth 14,000.

The 7♠ turn brought a second flush draw out there and Heath checked again. Kim made it 43,000 to go and that won the pot without resistance.

Barbero Regains Some Chips

Orpen Kisacikoglu raised to 10,000 from the hijack before Nacho Barbero three-bet to 31,000 from the button. The blinds got out of the way and Kisacikoglu made the call.

On the flop of 9♦K♥A♣, Kisacikoglu checked and Barbero made a continuation-bet of 20,000. Kisacikoglu called and did so too for the 60,000 bet he faced on the 10♦ turn.

On the board-pairing A♠ river, Kisacikoglu checked once more and Barbero took some time before firing 200,000 chips in the middle. Kisacikoglu looked visibly distraught but ended up folding his hand before his allotted time ran out.

Brewer Wins Two Showdown Pots

Level 4 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Chris Brewer defended his big blind against an under-the-gun raise by Quan Zhou and check-called the A♦4♣3♥ flop for 7,000. The 10♠ turn was checked and Brewer bet the 10♣ river for 25,000.

Zhou called but mucked to the A♠8♦ of Brewer.

Brewer opened the button soon after and was called by Gab Yong Kim in the big blind. Kim check-called the 8♠5♣2♦ flop for 18,000 before they checked down the 8♣ turn as well as the 8♦ river.

Kim flashed 6♠4♠ for a missed gutshot and Brewer took down the pot with K♠J♦.

Kisacikoglu Wins With Aggression

Orpen Kisacikoglu raised to 10,000 for Santhosh Suvarna and Nacho Barbero to call. Once Daniel Dvoress folded in big blind, Barbero celebrated with a smirk on the face.

The K♣7♥6♦ flop was checked to Barbero and he bet 9,000. Kisacikoglu check-raised to 35,000 for Suvarna to fold and Barbero called.

Kisacikoglu then bet the 8♣ turn for 110,000 and Barbero sigh-folded.

"Why so much? I gonna fold this one ... I have a lot of outs," Barbero admitted in table chat.

Zhou Aggresses His Way to Victory

Tamas Adamszki open-raised to 10,000 from the hijack, and Quan Zhou called from the button. Adrian Mateos also came along from the big blind and the three saw a flop of 10♦10♥3♥.

Mateos checked to Adamszki, who continued for 13,000. Quan Zhou responded by raising to 33,000 and Mateos swiftly folded. Adamszki, on the other hand, decided to see one more street and made the call.

The 5♠ turn the fell and Adamszki checked. Zhou made a bet of 75,000 chips and this time Adamszki tossed his cards into the muck.

Kisacikoglu Squeezes Postflop

Daniel Dvoress raised his button to 12,000 chips, and both blinds Timothy Adams and Orpen Kisacikoglu called. The action then checked to Dvoress on the J♠10♥J♦ flop, and he bet out 13,000 chips. Adams made the call, after which Kisacikoglu raised to 45,000.

Both players folded in quick succession and Kisacikoglu added a small pot to his stack.

Adamszki Recovers Some Chips

Tamas Adamszki had just lost a medium-sized pot to Adrian Mateos when his Q♦10♦ missed a turned flush draw on the K♠4♦2♣8♦9♣ board. Mateos checked behind the river and won the pot with A♥8♣.

Adamszki then limped and called a raise to 16,000 by Chris Brewer in the big blind. They checked to the A♠10♥5♥2♣ turn on which Adamszki bet 25,000 to force out Brewer.

Chidwick Gives It Up

Daniel Dvoress raised to 10,000 from under the gun, and Stephen Chidwick was the only caller, from the big blind. The two players then both checked on the 10♥4♣8♥ flop, after which Chidwick led out for a hefty 40,000 chips on the 7♣ turn, almost twice the size of the pot.

Dvoress was not deterred, however, and made the call. The A♦ river saw Chidwick slow down with a check, and Dvoress took the opportunity to bet 31,000 chips.

Chidwick did not give it much thought before making the fold, seeing himself dwindle to under the starting stack.

Stephen Chidwick and Santhosh Suvarna had created a big pot of 224,000 chips when they arrived on the river on 5♥2♦Q♠K♠5♦.

Chidwick then spent one time bank extension before putting enough chips in the middle to put Suvarna all-in. Suvarna, however, thought better of it and quickly added his cards to the muck.

"Oh, Stevie's in the f***ing house!", an excited Nacho Barbero commented after the fact.
