Level 20
: Blinds 800/16,000, 16,000 ante
Rainer Kempe shoved for his last 50,000 from the big blind on a J♥4♠8♣ flop against Simone Piazzini, who called from early position to put Kempe at risk.
Rainer Kempe: Q♦4♦
Simone Piazzini: A♣K♠
Kempe was ahead with his fours, but the A♥ turn paired Piazzini’s ace to vault into the lead.
The 3♦ river changed nothing and Kempe was eliminated in 18th place.
