Penev Pays Off Rcheulishvili
Level 26
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
With two players seeing a board of 2♥J♠Q♦7♥ and a sizable pot already brewing, Zlatin Penev checked from middle position and Levan Rcheulishvili bet 450,000. Penev made the call.
Penev checked again on the 4♣ river and this time Rcheulishvili sized up with a bet of 1,900,000. Penev thought about his decision for roughly one minute before sticking in the call.
Rcheulishvili tabled J♦J♣ for a set of jacks. Penev's hand hit the muck and a colossal pot was sent in Rcheulishvili's direction.
