Battle of the Boats Between Rodrigues and Rocco
Level 20
: Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Michael Rodrigues limped in from under the gun and both Michael Rocco and Wooram Cho limped behind from the cutoff and small blind respectively. Gergo Nagy checked his option in the big blind.
The flop came A♥10♠8♥ and action checked around to Rodrigues who bet 55,000. Rocco called while both Cho and Nagy folded.
On the Q♣ turn Rodrigues checked and Rocco bet 150,000. Rodrigues made the call.
The river was the A♠. Rodrigues checked, Rocco moved all in for 410,000 and Rodrigues snap-called.
Rodrigues tabled A♦K♠8♦7♣ for aces full of eights but Rocco showed down A♣J♣10♦9♥ for aces full of tens to scoop a titanic pot and make a serious dent in the stack of Rodrigues.
