Hoccheim continued with a bet of 250,000, which Velvelt called with his bottom pair. The 3♣ came in on the turn. Hoccheim slowed down and checked to Velvelt, who took the initiative and bet 600,000.
Hochheim chucked in a time bank and his pocket tens followed not lang after, surrendering the pot to Velvelt.
Fabian Gumz raised to 320,000 from the hijack and Ran Ilani three-bet to 950,000 out of the big blind. Gumz pondered for a while before four-bet jamming for 2,920,000. Ilani snap-called.

However, the 5♥ turn left him drawing dead as an inconsequential 8♣ hit the river, and Gumz was out in ninth.
