Mehmet Aydin moved all in from early position for 109,000. Mousa Awad called. Action folded around and the players showed down.
Mehmet Aydin: K♠Q♠
Mousa Awad: A♠A♦
Awad's aces held across the 5♠4♣6♦Q♥9♠ runout to eliminate Aydin.
With around 90,000 chips already in the pot on a board of 7♠9♣8♣8♥, Lukasz Adamczewski had checked it over to Michal Riczak, who bet 24,000. Adamczewski then stuck in a check-raise to 80,000, whcih Riczak called after some pondering.
A J♥ landed on the river and Adamczewski didn't need to think for too long before he shipped for 140,000. Riczak was in the tank and after taking a swig of water, he rechecked his cards and tossed a chip into the middle of the table.
Adamczewski then tabled J♠8♠ for a rivered full house, and Riczak was forced to show that he made the call with A♥A♠.
Davide Ceglia raised to 23,000 under the gun and Alain Saka tossed in his stack of 151,000 in the cutoff. The action then folded to Ilija Savevski in the big blind, who reshoved, covering Ceglia's 256,000 chips.
Ceglia snap called, tabling all three hands.
Alain Saka: A♠Q♣
Davide Ceglia: A♦A♣
Ilija Savevski: A♥K♦
Ceglia's luck, which he had apparently been complaining about, had changed dramatically. He dominated his opponents and his aces easily held on the 10♠3♥6♦6♠5♣ board to rake in the massive pot.
Action was picked up with the cards on their backs. Mikhail Filatov was all in and at risk versus the covering stack of Oleksandr Vorobii. The two were evenly matched in chips before the cards were dealt.
Mikhail Filatov: K♦Q♦
Oleksandr Vorobii: 4♦4♥
Vorobii looked set to secure Filatov's stack across the J♦A♠5♠ flop. The 6♥ turn changed nothing before the K♥ left Filatov with the majority of Vorobii's stack.
Level: 20
Blinds: 5,000/10,000
Ante: 10,000
Dragos Gordin had shoved from early position for around 130,000 and was put at risk by Nicolas Courbin on the button.
Dragos Gordin: A♠A♣
Nicolas Courbin: 9♥9♦
The board produced a sweat as Courbin picked up both straight and flush draws on the turn, but the river bricked on the 6♦K♥8♦5♦Q♥ runout, which earned Gordin his double-up.
Cedric Renno had gone all in for 66,000 in the small blind and was called by Luciano Frezza in early positon and Ilie Smintanca-Januszewski in the cutoff.
Frezza then shoved on the 3♥Q♠10♠ flop, covering Smintanca-Januszewski's 155,000 chips. He quickly folded his cards, leading to a showdown.
Cedric Renno: 8♠8♣
Luciano Frezza: K♣Q♦
Frezza had flopped top pair and had a big lead over Renno's eights. The 5♠ turn and A♣ river did not help Renno, who quickly departed the tournament area.
Action was picked up with the cards on their backs. Jesper Hansen was all in and at risk versus the covering stack of Szymon Politowski.
Jesper Hansen: A♥Q♥
Szymon Politowski: A♣7♥
Hansen's superior ace made top pair to secure the double up across the 6♥4♦J♦A♦10♥ runout.
