Adrian Cazacu Eliminated in 10th Place (€2,645)
Wow, a huge hand just burst the final table bubble.
Jan Bendik made it 100,000 to go from the small blind and Adrian Cazacu called from the big blind.
The flop came 8♦6♠J♥ and Bendik continued with a bet of 110,000, which was met with a raise to 300,000 from Cazacu. Bendik wasted no time in moving all in, and Cazacu called off his stack of around 1,400,000.
Adrian Cazacu: Q♠J♣
Jan Bendik: 10♦9♦
Bendik had a chance to bring the tournament down to its final table, and would do so if he could connect with his open-ended straight draw. Despite not hitting his straight on the A♦ turn, Bendik did add a lot more outs with a flush draw.
Cazacu needed to fade a lot to survive, but he couldn't do it as the 5♦ on the river completed the flush of Bendik. After thumping the table in frustration, Cazacu headed to the payout desk while the remaining nine players prepared themselves for the first final table of WSOPE.
