Melchers Rivers Two Pair and Gets Paid by Bendik
Level 25
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Jan Bendik completed from the small blind and Dorian Melchers checked his option out of the big blind.
Once Bendik saw the flop of 9♦7♦J♠ come out, he immediately tossed out a bet of 75,000. Melchers continued with a call.
A Q♣ hit the turn and both players checked for the 3♠ to complete the board. Bendik bet 125,000, and was met by a raise to 400,000 from Melchers. Bendik made the call and then mucked after Melchers revealed a rivered two pair with J♥3♥.
