Right before the blinds went up, Georgios Tsouloftas redeemed a bounty and collected another €12,500 for his cash budget. He then opened to 25,000 from under the gun and Rene Schnitzler three-bet to 60,000 on the button.
"How much are you playing?" Tsouloftas asked and Schnitzler replied "around one million" before the Cypriot four-bet to 200,000. Schnitzler called swiftly and they headed to the A♦K♣2♥ flop. Tsouloftas continued for 80,000 to pick up a call and his second barrel for 250,000 on the 8♥ turn shut down Schnitzler.
