Small Pots Before the Break
Chip leader Rene Schnitzler raised to 250,000 and Antonio Fragale just called in the big blind. On the K♦10♥6♣ flop, Fragale check-called for 200,000 before they checked down the 6♠ turn and 10♣ river.
Fragale tabled the A♣Q♦, but Schnitzler had that beat with the K♥3♥.
Elia Salerno opened to 240,000 and Georgios Tsouloftas defended the big blind to check-fold against a bet of 170,000 on the A♥J♠6♠ flop.
In the last hand of the level, Darius Neagoe made it 250,000 to go and Scott Reynolds came along in the big blind.
The K♣9♠5♣ flop was checked by Reynolds and he said "it feels like we have been there before" to Neagoe, who smirked. Neagoe bet 185,000 and Reynolds called. They headed to the Q♦ turn on which Reynolds check-folded when Neagoe fired a second barrel for 575,000.
