Teusl Checks a Set; Lin Shows a Bluff

Level 5 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Alessio La Francesca opened from under the gun and Renji Mao called in the cutoff. Jan-Peter Jachtmann called in the small blind, and Jessica Teusl called in the big blind.

All four checked the 469 flop to the J turn, where Teusl overbet 60,000 when it got to her. La Francesca called and the others folded.

A 5 on the river checked through, and Teusl showed a set with 44, which beat the top pair of La Francesca, who held AJ.

On the other table, Ren Lin bet 75,000 on a board of 59A109, which was around the size of the pot. Salih Atac was the player with the decision, and he eventually called with A2 for a pair of aces. Lin showed a bluff holding 76.
