Zdenek Zizka then made it 100,000 to go holding the 5♣4♣. Deeb was in the next seat with the A♠Q♥ and three-bet to 275,000. Jan-Peter Jachtmann in the small blind four-bet jammed for 1,215,000 with the A♣K♥. Zizka let go swiftly while Deeb went into the tank and eventually called with the dominated ace.
The board ran out J♥8♥6♠3♥7♦ and ace-king high was good enough for the double.
