Neagoe's Bullets End Girshberg's Run

Level 28 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Den Girshberg
Den Girshberg

Darius Neagoe opened from the hijack, and Den Girshberg defended from the big blind.

The flop came 33A, which both players checked to the 9 turn. A bet and a shove later, Girshberg's stack of around 550,000 was in the middle and at risk, with no chance of winning the hand.

Den Girshberg: A8 All in
Darius Neagoe: AA

Neagoe had flopped top boat and made a deceptive flop check, which made Girshberg believe he had the best hand. The chips were most likely going in anyway, and after the 10 hit the river, Girshberg was sent on his way while Neagoe climbed to nearly 2,000,000.

Skipper Stunned as Consecutive Hands Leave Him Out

Level 28 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Daniel Skipper
Daniel Skipper

Two hands in quick succession just ended the run of Daniel Skipper.

First, Vladimir Martynov shoved the hijack for 535,000 and Skipper put in the call from the big blind.

Vladimir Martynov: 66 All in
Daniel Skipper: KJ

The flop of 243 triggered Skipper to let out an early celebration as he clenched his fist in delight, only to realize that he hadn't flopped a flush. He did still have plenty of outs, but the early claim of the pot angered the poker gods as the runout of 107 meant Martynov doubled up.

In the very next hand, Skipper got to the turn from the small blind on a board of 983A and bet 130,000, only for Sarah Link to raise to 300,000 from the big blind. Skipper three-bet to 600,000, Link shoved, and Skipper called off the 500,000 he had behind.

Daniel Skipper: A3 All in
Sarah Link: A8

Both players had turned two pair, but it was Skipper that needed help as he was way behind. A 10 on the river sealed his fate, as Link's stack rocketed up to around 4,000,000.

Sagkinian Hangs On in Three-Way All In

Level 28 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Vagke Sagkinian
Vagke Sagkinian

Robin Meyer bet 250,000 from the big blind on a flop of 1062 before Ignazio De Rosa moved all in for 800,000 in middle position. Vagke Sagkinian then reshoved for 1,300,000 in the hijack, and Meyer called to put both players at risk.

Ignazio De Rosa: QQ All in
Vagke Sagkinian: AA All in
Robin Meyer: A9

Sagkinian was ahead with his aces, but he needed to dodge Meyer's nut flush draw as they both took out their phones to capture the action. The turn was the 3, while the 5 river was safe for Sagkinian to scoop the entire pot. He doubled up off Meyer, while De Rosa was sent to the rail.
