Bang-Ortmann Wins Several Pots
Daniel Bang-Ortmann raised to 500,000 on the button and Sascha Wilhelm called in the big blind, then check-folded the 8♠8♥3♣ flop when he faced a bet of 600,000.
Both players won the big blinds thereafter with button raises before Wilhelm raised again and Bang-Ortmann defended. They checked the 8♦6♠3♥ flop, Bang-Ortmann bet the K♠ turn and Wilhelm snap-folded.
Bang-Ortmann raised the next button to 500,000 and Wilhelm three-bet to 1,500,000. Bang-Ortmann came along and was asked how many chips he was playing. "A little under eight," the Dane replied.
The 6♠4♦3♣ flop was checked by Wilhelm and Bang-Ortmann made it 700,000 to go for Wilhelm to call. Both checked the 8♥ turn and 9♦ river and it was Bang-Ortmann who claimed the next pot with J♠8♦5♠3♦ for two pair.
