Wilhelm With the Higher Two Pair
Level 33
: Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Daniel Bang-Ortmann made it 600,000 on the button and Sascha Wilhelm defended his big blind.
Wilhelm knuckled the action over to Bang-Ortmann on the K♦J♥9♦ flop, and Bang-Ortmann bet 700,000. Wilhelm stuck around with a call.
The 2♥ turn and 6♦ river checked through and Wilhelm showed J♦9♣7♠6♥ for two pair, jacks and nines. This won him the pot as Bang-Ortmann revealed a worse two pair holding Jx10x6x5x.
