Karakitukov Loses Two in a Row
Level 18
: Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Veselin Karakitukov limped under the gun before Eran Carmi made it 72,000 from the button. Karakitukov called when the action folded back to him.
Karakitukov knuckled the action over to Carmi on the 3♠Q♥2♦ flop, and Carmi bet the pot for 185,000. Karakitukov released his cards.
On the next hand, Salih Atac made it 40,000 from the button and only Karakitukov called from the big blind.
The dealer fanned out a flop of 9♦Q♦K♦, and Karakitukov check-folded to Atac's continuation-bet.
