Second Verse; Same As the First
Good morning once again, and thanks for joining us on this surprisingly sunny and cheerful day in London. It's Day 1b of Event #3, the £1,075 No-Limit Hold'em freezeout, the middle event in this five-event Series. A crowd of 202 runners turned up for the first flight yesterday, and we'd expect to see an increase in that number here on Saturday. The clock tells us that 136 names are already on the registration list with the number tick-ticking up by the minute. By this time tomorrow, we could well be seeing a record setting field for a UK tournament.
We're just less than fifteen minutes from our starting time, and the WSOP staff doesn't like to dally. The cards will be flying shortly, and we'll be back as soon as that's the case!
