Welcome to Day 2c of the $3,500 Wynn Millions Championship at Wynn Las Vegas. Cards go in the air at 12 p.m. for the last in a double header of Day 2 groups.
Rick Biever returns as the chip leader after a Day 1c that drew 560 entries, from which 156 players remain to battle on Day 2c. Close behind Biever is two-time WSOP bracelet winner Yuval Bronshtein. Bronshtein has top finishes in all poker variants, and a deep run would take him over the $3 million mark in lifetime winnings.
Rounding out the top five returning chip counts are Lenard Adams, Jacob Powers, and Ronald Sullivan.

Players will return in Level 10 with blinds at 1,000/2,000 with a 2,000 big blind ante. Action on Day 2ab came to an end after four levels when the field approached the bubble. The plan for Day 2c is to play four 90-minute levels. The surviving players will join the 89 remaining hopefuls from Day 2ab on Wednesday at 12 p.m. local time.

Cards are now in the air for Day 2c of the $3,500 Wynn Millions Championship. A group of 156 hopefuls will play four 90-minute levels today before they bag up for Day 3.
From February 28 through March 1, the $1,100 H.O.R.S.E. $50K GTD tournament played out. A field of 115 entrants generated a prize pool of $111,500, which was reserved for the top 13 finishers. Among those to cash but fall short of the final table was Rose Bottler (10th - $2,800), Paul Sokoloff (11th - $2,800), Hal Rotholz (12th - $2,443), and Ryan Hughes (13th - $2,443).
The final table had some recognizable names in Ari Engel (7th - $4,440), Ron Ware (5th - $6,581), and Brett Richey (3rd - $13,051). In the end, it was two players from Minnesota battling heads-up with Jon Breneman ultimately besting James Johnson to win the tournament for $25,122.

Ben Boston raised to 6,000 in middle position and David Manikos called on his left. They went heads-up to a flop of and Boston continued with a bet of 4,000. Manikos called and the landed on the turn.
Boston fired out another bet of 10,000 and Manikos stuck around to see the on the river. Boston checked this time and Manikos checked it back. Boston turned over but Manikos flopped an ace with to take the pot.

Toan Nguyen opened to 5,000 in early position and George Rakitzis shoved all in for 45,500 in the hijack. The action folded back to Nguyen who quickly made the call.

The flop came and Nguyen was still out front with a pair of jacks. However, the on the turn gave Rakitzis a huge lead, and the on the river ensured him of a double up.

Patrick Truong raised to 6,000 from under the gun and Toan Nguyen called from middle position before Bob Buckenmayer came along from the small blind and Cherish Andrews defended the big blind.
The flop was and everyone checked to see on the turn.
Buckenmayer led out for 12,000 and Andrews got out of the way before Truong called and Nguyen went into the muck.
The river was and Buckenmayer fired 17,000. Truong called and mucked the losing hand when Buckenmayer showed for a set of threes.

Jason DeWitt started the action with a raise to 5,500 in middle position and was called by three players. Andrew Esposito reraised to 20,000 out of the small blind and was called by Thao Yang and Danny Dangoor.
The flop came and Esposito continued with a bet of 35,000. Yang got out of the way but Dangoor stuck around for the on the turn.
Esposito thought for a couple of minutes before pushing out a bet of 55,000. Dangoor also went into the tank, for well over three minutes, btu eventually decided to lay his hand down.
