MrBeast Hosts $10,000 Experience at Resorts World, Las Vegas

Casino gambling and YouTube reality shows are set to collide this month with the forthcoming MrBeast Experience at Resorts World, Las Vegas.

MrBeast, real name James Donaldson, is well known for his high-concept YouTube productions, picking up 383 million YouTube subscribers1 and a reported net worth of $500 million2 along the way.

His more recent content has veered more into the reality 'game show' sphere. These content episodes include '$456,000 Squid Game in Real Life!', a MrBeast take on the popular 'Squid Games' Netflix series. This was then followed by the TV production, 'Beast Games'. This reality series had 1,000 contestants competing for $5 million and was streamed on Amazon's Prime Video platform.

What is the MrBeast Experience at Resorts World, Las Vegas?

The MrBeast Experience is set to invite guests to take part in 'an immersive experience' with a series of 'on-site activations,' according to Resorts World.

Taking place from April 13-15, guests will be able to enjoy a host of exclusive MrBeast rewards, including a three-night stay at the resort, a 'mystery bag' stocked with MrBeast merchandise, and, for one lucky guest, a $10,000 voucher. This voucher can be redeemed for cash at Resorts World.

We’re thrilled to partner with MrBeast to bring a new immersive experience to the property. It’s special and unexpected and delivers on our commitment to create unforgettable experiences. We look forward to welcoming his fans to create lasting memories at our property.
Ronn Nicolli, chief marketing officer of Resorts World Las Vegas.

We don't know what these immersive experiences or challenges will entail, but one thing is for certain: MrBeast himself won't be in attendance. The Resorts World experience is themed around the MrBeast brand rather than an opportunity to meet the man behind it.

The $10,000 mystery prize does add a level of jeopardy akin to the MrBeast YouTube output, but only one lucky guest can scoop the cash.

MrBeast in Las Vegas

The Resorts World extravaganza isn't the first time Donaldson has been linked to Sin City. Last year, his Beast Games series was mired in controversy after allegations about contestant safety during production at Allegiant Stadium were raised. Some competitors alleged that they were denied access to food, water, and medication. However, this didn't stop the series from being deemed a success, with a reported 50 million viewers3 in the first 25 days after its initial release.

Away from his notorious YouTube content, MrBeast is also known to partake in a hand or two of poker. Back in 2022, Donaldson, alongside other notable YouTube and Twitch streamers, took part in a live-streamed game courtesy of Hustler Casino Live. Over 100,000 viewers (an HCL record) watched as MrBeast came second, winning more than $430,000 at the table.

He hasn't always been so lucky, however. An appearance on Poker After Dark, playing a charity game with legends Doyle Brunson, Phil Hellmuth, and US Senator Ted Cruz, had Donaldson busting in under 10 minutes.

If you feel like getting in on the action with the MrBeast Resorts World experience, then you haven't got long: the fun starts on April 13.

And you'll need to stump up a minimum $225 for a three-night stay at the resort, which includes the MrBeast Experience. Good job, then, that Resorts World offers a lot for enthusiastic gamers. Away from the experience activities, you can partake in slots, table games and take a trip to the resort's poker room.
