Hand #8: Jacks for Politano

Level 35 : 200,000/400,000, 50,000 ante

With the button on Felix Stephensen, the action folded to Bruno Politano in the hijack and he opened to 900,000 with Mark Newhouse defending from the big blind.

The flop fell {3-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and Newhouse tapped the table to send the action over to Politano. The Brazilian bet out 1.225 million and Newhouse quickly called as the {10-Hearts} landed on the turn.

Newhouse checked for a second time as Politano followed suit before the dealer delivered the {2-Clubs} on the river. Both players checked again with Newhouse tabling his {Q-Hearts}{4-Hearts}.

However it would be Politano's {J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} that would see him scoop the pot to move his stack to roughly 15 million.
