Back in March, Bernard Lee topped a field of 344 entrants to win the inaugural Poker Series Main Event at Downstream Casino for $47,555. From October 1-5, 2014, the tour will return to that venue, which is located right outside Joplin, Missouri, for the last stop of the 2014 season.

The stop comes one month after their stop at the Hard Rock in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which runs from September 3-7, 2014 and will be headlined by a $675 Main Event with a $100,000 guaranteed prize pool. The PokerNews will be providing live coverage from that event.

Likewise, the PokerNews Live Reporting team will be on hand at Downstream Casino to capture all the action including updates on Team RunGood Pros. Among those confirmed to attend are Lee, who looks to defend his title; World Series of Poker Circuit ring winners Chris Conrad and Ryan Tepen; newly minted RunGood Pro Amanda Baker; and Oklahoma native Huy Nguyen.

“Excited to be representing RunGoodGear at an amazing venue,” said Nguyen. “Great casino, great action, and always a ton of fun.”

On October 1 at 5 p.m., RunGoodGear will host a “Happy Hour Social” with its pros and any players that attend. Those that do will be entered in a raffle drawing for various amenities on the Downstream property including vouchers for $100 to the Nee Spa, $100 to the Red Oak Steakhouse, and an Eagle Creek golf outing. The Happy Hour Social will be followed by a $125 Pro Bounty Tournament at 7 p.m., which is the first event of the series.

The cornerstone of the stop will be a $675 buy-in Main Event, which will feature a $100,000 guarantee, two starting flights, and a $10,000 2015 WSOP Main Event seat to the winner.
