Everest Poker Launches New Live Poker Series in France

2015 Everest Poker Live

Everest Poker aims to increase its presence the French poker market with the launch of the Everest Poker Live, a brand new series running through the end of 2015.

To tackle the leadership of Winamax and PokerStars, the room has decided to focus on a series of low-buy in events that aim "to make poker both fun and accessible" in a number of locations that are usually cut out from the circuit.

Set to kick off on the beginning of February at the Casino Saint Amand in the city of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, the 2015 Everest Live Poker series will include a total of seven stops.

Six of the events on the schedule will take place in France, while one will bring the players and the organizers to the sunny shores of North Africa and to make discover the charm of Marrakech, Morocco’s fourth biggest city.

Built with the precise goal to attract recreational players and semi-pros, each of the 2015 Everest Poker Live events in the schedule will evolve around a €300 Deepstack Main Event that the poker room believes will give everyone the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of a professional live poker tournament at an affordable buy-in.

Together with the main event, the seven stops of the Everest Poker Live will include also a €1,000 High Roller event named after the room’s pro and 2011 World Series of Poker bracelet winner Fabrice Soulier, and two €115 buy-in side events.

Everest Poker assures that cash games and special €35 buy-in live Twister sit-and-gos will also run together with the event included in the official schedule.
