Discover The Sunday Majors at 888poker and See June's Results

As you probably know, Sunday is the biggest day of the week for poker tournament players with just about every online poker room hosting major tournaments featuring bigger-than-normal prize pools.

This is especially true at 888poker, where not only are there numerous tournaments for lower buy-in players, but also two major events every Sunday that most serious poker players have their eyes on.

The $100,000 Mega Deep is the first major tournament of the day at 888poker, taking place at 12:30 ET. This event not only has a big prize pool for a $215 buy-in but also has an amazing structure for anyone that loves deep-stacked play. In addition to the 10,000 starting chips, blind levels only increase every 30 minutes giving players a chance to build a stack of chips. The tournament also provides players that start their Sunday poker sessions a bit later a chance to get in the action with 240 minutes of late registration.

The $100,000 Sunday Challenge 1R takes place later in the day at 15:35 ET. The action in this tournament is also deep with players starting out with 5,000 chips for their $90 buy-in and also given the opportunity for one rebuy for an additional $90. While this tournament features a faster structure than the Mega Deep with 15-minute blind levels, there are plenty of chances to build a stack. Also, players can late register for this tournament for up to 180 minutes.

Many players try to play both of these tournaments for a fraction of the cost with the many satellites tournaments running on 888poker throughout the week. Satellites for the Mega Deep start at just $2, and there are free paths including a First Depositors Challenge Freeroll for the Sunday Challenge.
