Day 2 was an exciting day at Playground Poker Club in Kahnawake, Quebec. The action kicked off with 294 players returning to the tables for 2015 partypoker.net World Poker Tour Montreal, and only 63 players remained at the end of nine one-hour levels.

There is a total of $2,366,315 CAD in the prize pool, and some of that was distributed late in the day on Monday. The top 81 players are set to get paid, and the money bubble was burst in the second-last level of the day.

In a hand that saw Darryll Fish holding the AK to his opponent's 1010, Fish was responsible for taking the tournament into the money as he made a diamond flush on the J53Q4 board. Martin Bailey was the 82nd-place finisher and everyone remaining was guaranteed a payout.

When the tournament clock finally came to a stop for the night, Harpreet Gill had the most chips, bagging 993,000. Trevor Delaney was not far behind with 968,000. Rainer Kempe rounded out the top three with 840,000.
