2017 PokerStars SCOOP Day 10: Viktor Blom and Calvin Anderson Hunting

Viktor "Isildur1" Blom

Day 10 of the 2017 PokerStars Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) was a pretty tame day.

Due to the connection problems suffered on Day 9, not a single champion was crowned on the 10th day of the festival.

With no Day 2s to grind up a big cash, some notable players took to the virtual felt to qualify for Phase 2 of SCOOP-01. A total of 424 players survived the two Phase 1 flights for SCOOP-01-L, keeping their chances of binking a share of the $1,000,000 guarantee for just $11 or less.

There were also two flights for SCOOP-01-M, bumping the buy-in up to $109 and raising the guarantee to $1,500,000. Just 139 players booked seats for Phase 2 including Calvin "cal42688’ Anderson, Christian "eisenhower1" Jeppsson and Ami "UhhMee" Barer.

The SCOOP-01-H is a monster. The buy-in is $1,050. The guarantee is $5,000,000. A million dollars is guaranteed to first place.

Another two flights played out Tuesday with 18 players surviving the first flight. Some notables include eisenhower1, Daniel ‘mrGR33N13’ Colman and Daniel ‘Oxota’ Dvoress.

There were 25 players to make it through the second flight of the day including Ryan "i need sheet" Yu, Ike "philivey2694" Haxton, Mark "AceSpades11" Radoja and Jeff "kidwhowon" Gross.
