Those who are afraid of a cold winter need not worry as scintillating poker action at GGPoker will keep the blood flowing throughout December and January. Following up on the earlier 2020 WSOP Main Event announcement, GGPoker is set to host the WSOP Winter Onlince Circuit Series, with a whopping $100,000,000 guaranteed as we head into 2021.
The festival officially runs from Sunday, December 13, 2020, to Sunday, January 10, 2021, with preliminary flights into the series' opening Big $50 kicking off today, December 7. The series offers 18 WSOP Circuit Ring Events which boast over $30 million in guarantees alone, plus a massive palate of side events that make up for the remaining amount.
It's the second WSOP Online Circuit series of the year after a successful maiden series that ran May 3-31 which crowned "schimmelgodx" the Main Event champ for $1,271,218, while "800-522-4700" won more than $2.1m in the High Roller Championship, defeating UK star Patrick Leonard heads-up.

WSOP Circuit Main Event: $1,700 buy-in, $10,000,000 Guarantee
The biggest eyecatcher of the series is the WSOPC #18: $1,700 Main Event, which comes with an astonishing $10,000,000 guarantee. The tournament is in a phase-format: the first of many Day 1's will begin on January 4, with those making it through convening on January 10. The final table will be played out on January 16. In addition, a Mini Main Event with a buy-in of $170 and a still lofty guarantee of $2,000,000 will take place as well.
GG's landmark Super MILLION$ series is a can't-miss on the schedule and WSOPC #2: $10,300 Super MILLION$ High Roller will award not only a circuit ring but comes with a $5,000,000 guaranteed prize pool as well, the second-biggest of the series.
The final table will be live-streamed on GGPoker.TV and it’s official Twitch channel with cards-up coverage featuring commentary from Randy "Nanonoko" Lew and Kevin "Rotterdam" van der Kooi as commentators.

WSOP Staples Return
As is a tradition by now, several popular WSOP-staples that have been successfully held throughout spring and summer will be back on the menu. The series kicks off with WSOPC #1: BIG $50 with a $1,000,000 guarantee for just $50. The PLOSSUS, GIANT and Marathon will also be back.
After players have celebrated New Year's Eve, a special WSOPC #15: $400 NEW YEAR COLOSSUS awaits with an appropriately filled prize pool of $2,021,000. In total, 12 of the 18 Ring events will sport guarantees of $1,000,000 or more.
