Day 2 of the WPT Montreal $3,200 Main Event witnessed 133 players out of a total field of 888 entrants whittled down to just 23 hopefuls after ten levels of 30-minutes each on Monday, Jan. 26 at partypoker.

Felix Schulze, waving the Austrian flag at partypoker, emerged as the clear overnight chip leader with a towering stack of 20,785,963 in chips.

Schulze is looking to add a WPT title to his WPT DeepStacks title he earned in April 2019 in that festival's €1,100 Main Event for €104,304 ($117,018).

Andrei Kriazhev entered Day 2 with the chip lead and parlayed this into a healthy second place stack heading into Day 3 with 18,782,517 in chips. Also bagging eight-figure stacks into Day 3 were Jakob Miegel (13,087,719), Pablo Brito Silva (11,801,992), and Marcel Kunze (10,415,776).

Many other big names found a virtual bag last night including Christian Rudolph, Ole Schemion, Daniel Shak, Upeshka De Silva, Ryan Riess, Chris Moorman, and Kenny Hallaert.
