"Farrugia_1" Ships the 888poker WPTDeepStacks London #3 - $100,000 PKO ($18,067)

The $2 million guaranteed WPTDeepStacks London wrapped up its second day online at 888poker on Monday, April 19 with two big events.

"Farrugia_1" was easily the star of the day after shipping the WPTDeepStacks London #3 - $100,000 PKO for $18,067 including bounties, while "Two.DV" was the winner of a mini-version of this event, which also witnessed 888poker Ambassador Vivian "vivi.888." Saliba at the final table.

The WPTDeepStacks London #3 - $100,000 PKO was the marquee event on Monday, April 19. The tournament attracted 292 entries and the 48 players that cashed for at least a $399 min-cash plus bounties got to share in $12,400 in added value thanks to the event's generous $100,000 guarantee.

First and second places paid the same $9,812 prize, however, there were big bounties on the line. "Farrugia_1" came out on top to add $8,255 in bounties for a total haul of $18,067 after besting "2sick2bluff" (second - $10,833) in heads-up play.

"Kyosti_I" was also on the podium in third place for $8,586 with "Full2Win" (fourth - $5,788) and "AndreyNiki" (fifth - $3,422) finishing just behind.

Meanwhile, WSOP bracelet winner Peter "kiskutya23" Traply was also at the final table but was one of the earlier casualties finishing in sixth place for $3,266. Rounding off the final table were "Yakawin123" (seventh - $2,741), "Cascavalul" (eighth - $3,415), and "AlwaysTimed" (ninth - $2,053).

Vivian Saliba — Vivian "vivi.888." Saliba takes fifth place in the WPTDS #4.

The WPTDeepStacks London #4 - $30,000 Mini PKO began one minute after Event #3. As the event title suggests, this tournament was a mini-version of the $100,000 PKO with the buy-in reduced from $320 to $55.

The event was a massive success with 734 entries including 204 re-entries generating a $41,700 prize pool to smash the $30,000 guarantee.

As was the case in Event #3, the payouts from the prize pool were similar between first and second with each guaranteed $2,942. "Two.DV" shipped the bacon to collect the $3,868 bounty and increase their total haul to $6,812 while Paulo "GERSON1986" Santiago had to settle for second place for $3,160 total after falling just one player short of the title.

The biggest news of the event could be that 888poker had its first Ambassador reach the final table with Vivian "vivi.888." Saliba climbing all the way to fifth place for $1,523. Guilherme "NaoInTendo" Carvalho was another notable player at the final table but he was one of the first payers out in eighth place for $724.
