Last Chance to Enter WPT World Online Championships Main Event

WPT World Online Championships

The WPT World Online Championships on partypoker continued last night with the third flights of both the Main Event and Mini Main Event.

With the Day 2s of both events taking place tonight, players have a last chance to enter the tournaments with the Day 1 Turbo flights.

So far 155 players have secured their place in Day 2 of the Main Event, and 193 players have secured their place in Day 2 of the Mini Main Event. Read on for full details on Day 1C survivors in both events.

Kevin Macdonald Bags WPT World Online Championships Day 1C Main Event Chip Lead

From a field of 346 players on Day 1C of the WPT World Online Championships Main Event just 52 players advanced to Day 2.

Leading the way is Kevin Macdonald from Canada, ahead of 2021 WSOP bracelet winner Daniel Smiljkovic.

Joris Ruys Leads WPT WOC Mini Main Event; 84 Advance to Day 2

A total of 84 players advanced to Day 2 of the WPT World Online Championships Mini Main Event, with Joris Ruys leading the way.

Day 1C was the biggest starting flight of the Mini Main Event so far, with 577 players joining the field. That was enough to generate more than half of the tournaments $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool.

Shortly behind Ruys is Manuel Fritz, Armin Rezaei, Thomas Macdonald and Simon Higgins who are the only players over three million in chips.

partypoker Ambassadors Mikita Badziakouski and Isaac Haxton both advanced and will be looking to secure strong results on Day 2.
