Poker fans won’t need a subscription to catch some of the biggest moments from the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP).

Thanks to a new partnership between PokerStars and PokerGO, several of the most anticipated WSOP events, including the $10,000 WSOP Main Event, will be streamed for free on PokerStars’ YouTube and Twitch channels.

The deal makes PokerStars the lead sponsor of PokerGO’s 2025 WSOP livestream coverage and opens up access to poker’s biggest stage like never before.

What You Can Watch

Free streaming coverage runs through July 8 and includes a trio of major events:

  • June 16 – $250,000 Super High Roller
  • June 26–27 – $50,000 Poker Players Championship
  • July 2–8 – $10,000 WSOP Main Event (Days 1–3)

While full final table coverage remains on PokerGO’s subscription platform, this new simulcast setup gives fans a front-row seat to the early and middle stages of the summer’s premier tournaments, all without paying a cent.

Familiar Voices, Free Streams

James Hartigan - Joe Stapleton

PokerStars is also bringing back two of the most recognizable voices in poker broadcasting: James Hartigan and Joe Stapleton. The long-time EPT Live duo will handle commentary for PokerStars’ free broadcasts, offering their usual blend of insight, humor, and chemistry.

Their involvement brings a familiar energy to the coverage, making it more appealing for both casual viewers and longtime poker fans.

The livestreams will be available globally in multiple languages, covering key PokerStars and PokerGO markets including the U.S., UK, France, Italy, and Brazil. It’s a move that expands the WSOP’s reach and reflects both brands’ goals of growing the game worldwide.

“The WSOP has been a leading force in live poker since 1970 and PokerStars the champion of online poker since 2001,” said Steve Preiss, Director of PokerStars North America. “Striking this deal with PokerGO to deliver free-to-watch, localized coverage of the World Series is good for the game, great for players.”

“This collaboration brings together two of the most respected brands in poker,” added Mori Eskandani, President of PokerGO. “With PokerGO’s world-class production and PokerStars’ reach and storytelling, we’re setting a new standard for how the WSOP is experienced around the world.”

This partnership is a win for poker viewers everywhere. With no paywalls or subscriptions required, the WSOP is now more accessible than ever before, especially the early stages of the Main Event.
