The World Series of Poker Circuit (WCSOP) Planet Hollywood festival in Las Vegas is past its halfway point, and $1.5 million in prize money has already been awarded across ten events.

Those ten events produced several notable winners, including Women in Poker Hall of Famer Kathy Liebert and American pros Jonathan Turner and Qing Liu.

Additionally, popular poker vlogger Ethan "Rampage" Yau came just short of a sixth ring with a third-place finish in Event #9: $2,200 NLH High Roller.

Liebert, Liu & Turner Among Early Winners

Liebert, a bracelet winner with $7.2 million in Hendon Mob earnings, took down the $300 Ladies NLH event to win $6,787 and her second Circuit ring, marking her fourth live tournament victory since August 2024.

The Ladies event final table also included Japan's Ayaka Muraishi (3rd - $2,887) and Americans Jennifer Avila (4th - $2,011) and Trina Newberry (5th - $1,467), according to the WSOP+ app.

2025 was a historic year for women — with Shiina Okamoto winning her second consecutive WSOP Ladies Championship title and Leo Margets making the final table of the Main Event — and the accomplishments are continuing into the new year.

In addition to Liebert winning her second Circuit ring, Michal Nahum topped a field of 1,349 runners in the $400 Mini Main Event to win $60,000. Nahum wasn't the only woman at the final table, which included sixth-place finisher Tara Dunn ($12,270).

Meanwhile, Jonathan Turner won his first Circuit ring by taking down Event #4: $1,125 PLO for $15,769 and Qing Liu shipped Event #5: $600 Monster Stack NLH for $50,000, continuing his hot streak after a fourth-place finish in December's WPT Prime Championship for $430,000.

The Monster Stack final table also included Phillip Hellmuth III, who was propelled by a set over set over set hand on Day 1. His dad, 17-time bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth, was busy making a final table of his own across the street at the PokerGO Last Chance series.

Ethan "Rampage" Yau was after his sixth Circuit ring in the $2,200 NLH High Roller but finished third for $18,124 as Zhuo Chen claimed the ring and $32,316.

Other ring winners so far at Planet Hollywood include Britain's David Tarbet (Event #2: $400 PLO - $8,607), Canada's Jason Sagle (Event #6: $600 Omaha 8 or Better - $13,004) and American Casey Hayes (Event #7: $600 Omaha 8 or Better - $10,316).
