WCOOP

The 2026 World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) is already underway on PokerStars, with the first titles of the series handed out as players begin their pursuit of online poker glory.

The festival runs from September 6-30, with 121 events and 350 WCOOP titles up for grabs across Low, Medium and High buy-in tiers. Espen Jorstad is among those already celebrating after adding a WCOOP title to his collection during the opening days of the series.

The Main Events may still be a few weeks away, but PokerNews readers have an exclusive opportunity to get themselves into the $109 WCOOP NLHE Main Event for a fraction of the usual price.

PokerNews-Exclusive WCOOP Satellites

PokerNews and PokerStars have teamed up for two exclusive No-Limit Hold'em satellites running on September 13, 20 and 26, with the action beginning at 2 p.m. ET (7 p.m. BST) each day.

The cheapest way in is the PokerNews Centroll, which costs just $0.01 and guarantees 50 x $1.50 Power Path tickets. The tournaments feature unlimited rebuys and a turbo structure, and PokerNews readers have three chances to start their WCOOP Main Event journey for just a cent.

There's also a much more direct route.

The PokerNews $11+R NLHE WCOOP $109 Main Event Satellite guarantees nine $109 Main Event seats, worth a combined $981, on each of the three dates. Again, unlimited rebuys are available.

Turn $11 Into a Shot at $1.25 Million

The $109 WCOOP NLHE Main Event (Low) gets underway on September 27 and comes with a huge $1.25 million guarantee.

It's one of six Main Events taking place across September 27-28, with more than $6.5 million guaranteed between the NLHE and PLO showpieces.

With 27 Main Event seats guaranteed across the three $11+R PokerNews satellites, plus 150 Power Path tickets available through the centrolls, there are plenty of chances to qualify before the cards are in the air.

The first PokerNews-exclusive satellites take place on September 13, with further opportunities on September 20 and September 26, the latter coming just one day before the $109 NLHE Main Event begins.
