Biography
Jason "TheRealClozer" Kapoor in an American poker player from Michigan who primarily grinds the Mid-States Poker Tour (MSPT) circuit.
After leaving home when he was just 14 years old and working 70 hours a week at a Dunkin Donuts during his teenage years, Kapoor began selling cars before eventually turning to poker full-time in 2019.
Primarily a cash game player, Kapoor earned his first Hendon Mob cash in October 2019 when he finished 19th in the MSPT Michigan State Poker Championship for $12,051.
That was Kapoor's biggest cash to date until September 2022 when he finished third in the MSPT US Poker Championship at Sycuan Casino for $41,721. Kapoor held a dominant chip lead during three-handed play and it looked like he was going to be the champion, but he then proceeded to lose four close all-in scenarios to fall to eventual champ Ken Baime.
Kapoor has also found results outside of MSPT events. In June 2021, Kappor made a deep run in the World Poker Tour (WPT) Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Main Event, finishing in 78th place for $8,415.
In 2022, Kapoor finished a WSOP MI Online $400 Ultra Deepstack event for $655 and later finished tenth in a World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit $500 online event for $870.
