Paul Hizer took over the lead for a minute, but a hand against Tom Hall vaulted the latter back into the top spot.
Hizer check-called a bet of 75,000 on the 
flop and the 
turn was checked. On the 
river, Hizer checked once more and a bet of 320,000 secured the pot for Hall without showdown.
What follows is a big gap to Pascal Pflock and Matas Cimbolas, who clashed in a minor pot after. Cimbolas defended the big blind and then bet the 
turn for 155,000, which forced a fold from Pflock.
