Three of the five starting days of the 2018 888poker LIVE Festival London £1,100 Main Event have concluded and a field of 365 entries has emerged thus far at the Aspers Casino at Westfield Stratford City hus far. The final starting day will then get underway at 7 p.m. local time with reduced level times of 20 minutes each. All survivors will combine with the 103 players that already secured their seats for Day 2.

Amos Doubles; Ringe Leads the Pack

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante
Gerald Ringe in the High Roller
Gerald Ringe in the High Roller

The current chip leader towards the end of the third level of the day appears to be Gerald Ringe, who sent Ian Hunter to the rail.

Just prior to that, Steven Amos was also at risk at the very same table and shoved for 9,500 on a {J-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop. Elias Christodoulou reluctantly called with {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} and Amos held the {K-Spades}{J-Clubs}. The board completed with the {5-Spades} turn and the {3-Diamonds} river and Amos remained in contention.

Roller Coaster Ride for Basdeo

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante
Ramlal Basdeo
Ramlal Basdeo

Artjoms Skvarkovskis sent Krzysztof Pregowski to the rail and Ramlal Basdeo also boosted his stack again after a roller coaster ride to start the day. Basdeo quickly went up to 50,000, then lost twice with flush versus full house before just now winning a flip to bust an opponent with {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} against pocket sevens on a board {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}.

Sapiano Can't Catch a Break

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante
Albert Sapiano
Albert Sapiano

Daniel Hopkins raised to 1,200 and Albert Sapiano three-bet all in for 11,900 from the button, Hopkins called.

Albert Sapiano: {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}
David Hopkins: {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}

The {K-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} flop was devastating for Sapiano, who was already on his third bullet of the day and started cursing. "All day long, absolutely unbelievable," were just some of the words that could be heard. Neither the {K-Clubs} turn nor the {J-Spades} river gave Sapiano any help and he busted once more.

The table also features Thomas Hunter and Fraser MacIntyre.

MacIntyre Downed Again

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante
Fraser MacIntyre
Fraser MacIntyre

A five-bet jam with {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades} came at the worst possible time for Fraser MacIntyre, as he ran straight into {A-Clubs}{A-Spades} and found no help on the board {6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}. He then started a massage once more, the last one had lasted 10 minutes before he was knocked out on the first bullet.

Sure enough, history repeated itself, as MacIntyre was all in for the last 11,800 with {K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} versus {A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} and ended up drawing dead on the turn of a board {A-Spades}{J-Spades}{4-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}.

Sweden Pays Off Poulengeris

Level 7 : 300/600, 600 ante
Craig Sweden
Craig Sweden

With the turn showing {7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and 9,000 in the middle, Mark Shepherd checked out of the blinds and so did Craig Sweden. Antonis Poulengeris bet 2,000 and was called both ways. After the {Q-Hearts} river, it again checked to Poulengeris made it 5,100 to go, which forced a fold from Shepherd and Sweden leaned back in his seat, stared at Poulengeris.

Eventually, Sweden called and shook his head after being shown the {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}.

"You lucky man, seriously" Sweden added. In the next hand, Sweden opened to 1,300 and Vladislav Sarunov called in the cutoff. Sweden bet the flop right away and Sarunov folded as quickly.

Miquel Munoz Eliminated by Kamel

Level 8 : 400/800, 800 ante
Ramon Miquel Munoz
Ramon Miquel Munoz

Down to around 9,000, Ramon Miquel Munoz ended up all in with the {A-Spades}{5-Hearts} and was called by Tamer Kamel with the {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}. The board came {K-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{4-Spades}{8-Clubs} and the Spaniard missed out on the overcard and gutshot to hit the rail.

Craig Sweden and Kalidou Sow have also been eliminated, the latter opted to re-enter into 1d.

Ringe Eliminated

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Gerald Ringe
Gerald Ringe

Will Kassouf raised to 3,000 and Ramon Miquel Munoz called in the cutoff. Gerald Ringe shoved for 20,800 in the small blind to force out Kfir Ivgi in the big blind and Kassouf tossed his cards into the muck as well, Miquel Munoz snap-called.

Gerald Ringe: {A-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Ramon Miquel Munoz: {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}

Ringe had one overcard and clubs but found no help on the {4-Spades}{2-Spades}{2-Clubs}{8-Spades}{8-Diamonds} board.

"I had four deuce," Ivgi exclaimed. The Brit clashed soon after with Miquel Munoz and jammed the {J-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Spades} river. Miquel Munoz reluctantly folded and was shown {K-Spades}{10-Diamonds} for a bluff.
