Down to very few chips, Alexandru Arnautu was all in preflop and picked up two callers including Bogdan Berinde in the big blind. Berinde bet the 
turn to force out the third player in the hand.

Joining the action on the 
flop, Andre Marques Moreira checked out of the big blind and Dumitru Pora made it 1,400 to go from the under-the-gun position. The Portuguese check-raised to 3,600 and Pora called.
On the 
turn, Marques Moreira continued for 5,000 to pick up a call before leading again for 11,000 on the river. Pora used one time bank extension before moving all in and Marques Moreira folded.
Petrica Lalu raised to 1,400 and was called two ways by Helder Pinho and Adrian Voiculescu on the button. The 
flop brought a bet of 2,000 by Lalu and Pinho was the only caller. On the 
turn, Lalu hesitated and Pinho slid forward his stack to show how much he had left.
Lalu then checked and Pinho bet 3,500, which ended the hand right there with a fold from Lalu.
Riad Chahaf has opted to buy in for a second bullet on Day 1a after the dinner break to bring up the field to 66 entries, of which 47 players remain.
The action has slowed down significantly, with small pots emerging on all tables.
Dumitru Pora defended his big blind against a raise by Sergiu Cornea and check-called a bet on the 
flop. Both then checked the turn and the 
river and Pora showed 
for a busted flush draw. Cornea held for a pair of eights and claimed the pot.
