Van Hoang Doubles

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Chung Van Hoang faced the jam of George Demetriou on the {8-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades} river with 23,000 in the middle and 17,000 behind. Van Hoang called and Demetriou tapped the table and mucked his cards with the words "good call" as Van Hoang held {j-Spades}{8-Spades} for eights and treys.

A Double for Xanthopoulos

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

Christos Xanthopoulos jammed for 2,100 first to act and Justin Scicluna called out of the big blind.

Xanthopoulos had the {k-Clubs}{q-Spades} and Scicluna tabled {9-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for two live cards. The board came {j-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} and the nine on the flop all but sent the Greek to the rail but he rivered a king.

Xanthopoulos Times Two

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

Pavlos Xanthopoulos won the second-ever WSOP bracelet for Greece in 2015 and Christos Xanthopoulos reached the final table of the 888poker LIVE London in 2018 after qualifying online on 888poker. Christos busted and re-entered but things are looking grim on the second bullet also while Pavlos dropped to around half the starting stack, too.

Dedusha Eliminated by Demetriou

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante
Artan Dedusha
Artan Dedusha

Yimin Yang had won a bigger pot off George Demetriou and the latter claimed those chips back by sending Artan Dedusha to the rail.

Dedusha was at risk with {a-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} versus {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts} and found no help on a board of {q-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}, which gave Demetriou a full house.
