The final day of the first-ever 2019 888poker LIVE Sochi festival in cooperation with Poker Club Management has arrived and a champion will be crowned in the 62,160 RUB (~ $888) Main Event at the stunning Casino Sochi in Krasnaya Polyana.
Only 12 players out of 569 entries remain and aim for the lion's share of the guaranteed prize pool of 35,000,000 RUB (~$500,000), which comes with a top prize of 5,745,250 RUB (~$88,388). On top of that, the eventual champion will also receive an additional $12,500 package for the 2020 WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas courtesy of WSOP sponsor and event host 888poker.
Konstantin Lichagin is the chip leader heading into the final day with 3,515,000 but Maksym Lavrov is fewer than two big blinds behind with 3,430,000. Aleksandr Chernikov has retained his role as big stack after Day 2 and returns third in chips for the final day with 3,000,000, two big blinds ahead of Garik Tamasyan (2,900,000).
The remaining finalists include Ravil Khamatgareev (2,585,000), Vasiliy Tsapko (2,165,000), Dmitriy Golovin (2,040,000), Mikhail Gusev (1,660,000), Vartan Manucharyan (1,500,000), Ivan Fedorov (1,475,000), Anton Konovalov (1,375,000), and Leonid Semenyuk (1,315,000). Ten of the 12 remaining contenders are from Russia and aim to keep the trophy in the home country.

The returning blinds at 12 p.m. local time will be 25,000-50,000 with a big blind ante of 50,000 and the bottom stack has 26 big blinds at his disposal to provide plenty of room for navigation in the 60-minute level structure. All the action will be streamed live right from the start and can be followed on the 888poker YouTube channel and Facebook page on a security delay of 30 minutes.
