Ciursin Puts in a Four-Bet, Takes It on the Flop

Ivan Ciursin raised to 2,000 from under the gun and was called by Alexandru Tarcau as action folded around to Catalin Marcel Popa in the big blind, who three-bet to 6,600.
Ciursin then four-bet to 15,000 and Tarcau got out of the way. Popa called and they went heads-up to the 6♥9♦7♣ flop.
Popa checked over to Ciursin, who continued for another 10,000. Popa quickly gave up his hand as Ciursin took the pot.
