Johnson Gets Three-Bet, So He Tries Again

Level 26 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Christopher Johnson raised to 80,000 in the cutoff and was called by Fabian Donovan on the button before Tuan Le put in a three-bet to 425,000 in the big blind. Both Johnson and Donovan folded.

The next hand, Johnson raised again to 80,000 and Donovan called. Hong Pham also called in the big blind as they went three-handed to the 95A flop.

Johnson continued for 75,000 and only Donovan called. The turn came the 7 and Johnson fired out another 250,000.

Donovan called again, and both players checked the 8 river. Johnson then showed J10 for a rivered straight and Donovan flashed A10 before mucking as the two opponents laughed about the hand.

Shaper Rahman

Shapiur Rahman was all in for his last 465,000 in the big blind and up against Teodor Evstratiev on the button.

Shapiur Rahman: A10
Teodor Evstratiev: A3

Rahman hit his ten on the KQ10 flop to take a big lead in the hand, while Evstratiev was drawing only to a chop after the 9 turn.

The 8 river was harmless for Rahman and he doubled up.

Some Shoves, No Calls

Level 27 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Several players were late arriving back from the break thinking they had 20 minutes instead of 15 and missed the first hand back.

When they returned, Shapiur Rahman moved all in for 795,000 in the cutoff as action folded to Yiannis Liperis in the big blind, who asked for a count but ultimately decided to muck.

The next hand, Carl Shaw raised to 125,000 on the button before Teodor Evstratiev shoved for around 1,000,000 in the big blind. Shaw folded, saying he had nine-ten suited.
