Ghosh Finds a Double on the River
Level 12
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Action folded to Asish Ghosh on the button who moved all in for 20,000. Brandon Sheils called in the small blind.
Asish Ghosh: A♥J♠
Brandon Sheils: 4♥4♠
The flop came 8♥7♣10♣ and Sheils remained in front with his fours. "Pair the board," Sheils pleaded as the 10♠ fell on the turn.
"Don't pair the board again," he added. The river didn't pair the board, but it did bring the A♣ as Ghosh hit his ace to double up.
