Kyffin Gets a Bet Off Vas Nunes
Level 14
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Heads-up on a flop of 10♣K♦3♣, Paul Vas Nunes bet 7,000 from the cutoff and Ian Kyffin called on the button.
Vas Nunes checked the K♥ turn, then called when Kyffin bet 10,000. The river came the 2♠ and Vas Nunes checked again.
Kyffin checked back and turned over Q♥10♥, forcing Vas Nunes to send his cards into the muck.
The attention of most of the players in the room has shifted from the table as casino staff came around handing out free cups of strawberry ice cream at the end of the night.
